Candidates provide 4 clinical patients. 75% of images are retained digitally and 25% with film.       

This program is all inclusive, there are no hidden costs. You will take quizzes, take a final written exam, produce Xrays on manikins and a final clinical exam demonstrating your ability to expose and retain a FMX on a live patient provided by you.

This program length is a maximum of 60 hours, commensurate to your ability.

  Patient Criteria
Clinical Patients must present with at least one of the seven conditions listed below and be at least 12 years of age in order to to expose and retain a complete radiographic series:

1. Extensive dental work
2. Generalized caries/ moderate to severe attrition
3. Generalized periodontitis
4. Future orthodontic treatment
5. Future fixed or removable prosthetic work
6. Generalized moderate to severe pain in the maxilla and/or mandible
7. Future orthognathic surgery
